Mindy has been with SouthPoint Financial Services since 2007 and has been in the mortgage industry for 22 years.
Mindy has extensive experience in operations and production to include hiring and training underwriters, processors, closing, post-closing, creating training manuals, and quality control with national lenders.
Patricia Eubanks
Vice President
Patricia Eubanks has been a member of the management team since 2007. Patricia was promoted to Vice President in 2018.
With a strong desire to help first time home buyers become home owners and a strong commitment to our nations veterans, Patricia has found great satisfaction in the mortgage industry for over 20 years.
When not in the office, Patricia can be found on the lake or hiking in the mountains!
